Restarting the Economy

I really wish that the various politicians (President, Governors, Mayors, local Legislators) would stop claiming that “they are going to open the economy” in some form or fashion (phased or otherwise) at some date in the future. The concept of having a politician take credit for doing anything related to the economy just rankles me. The only thing these politicians are doing is removing the “shackles” they have placed on all of us so we can get back to doing what we do. So please Mr. Politician, do me a favor, and just state what you are doing: Taking off the government-imposed shackles so that “the people” can get back to work and thereby "the people" can save the economy from further politically induced destruction
